How we build, search, and use the web is changing. I don't have the answers -- I'm building and experimenting to find out. Reading, talking to people who are paying close attention, writing and making videos to help clarify my thinking.

The question I keep coming back to: when AI extracts the informational layer from a website, what remains -- and what becomes worth building? Right now that means shipping AI automations and vibe-coded experiments -- trying things, seeing what holds.
